Privacy notice
Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, and only count visits if you say yes.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name, company size and your message. If you allow analytics cookies, we also collect how the site is used (see below). We don't use advertising trackers.
Analytics and cookies
Only if you accept them in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and how visitors find us. It sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and records pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. Google, as our processor, may handle this data in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We keep it for 14 months, use it only in aggregate, and have turned off Google’s advertising features. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to set up that work. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Analytics relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Who sees it
Our team, our email provider, which processes messages on our behalf, and Google, if you allow analytics. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, at any time. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
